Over the years she has learned to embrace her disruptive nurture. Betty believes there is always a better way to integrate work and life, this motivates her to share her philosophy with others through writing, coaching, and speaking. She believes that she can help many more people to find fulfillment in their lives by doing what they are passionate about and making a living out of it. Her passion for economic women empowerment, entrepreneurship, personal development, and technology illuminates fire beneath everything she does.
Today, Betty helps transform companies into successful brands, she is building a community of vibrant young innovators, entrepreneurs, and collaborators. In the past, she orchestrated programs like Digital literacy and skills development as a Champion for change 2016 /2017 with Intel(Women Alliance Project through World Pulse) and UN Women Empower Women respectively. She is currently building an online marketplace for entrepreneurs venturing in organic, natural and environmentally friendly products to help them become more visible in the market, find mentors in their sector and scale their business, the fire was ignited after she went through Africa Google Scholarship training, Y Combinator Startup school and YSI program. Bindumalini Krishnan
Bindu has extensive experience in leading large complex operations spread across several geographies, managing customer service organizations and leading change management initiatives. She has led a three part, three year transformational initiative called the “Destiny” series in one of the business units in Aon, that led to outstanding business results. As a leader she has an abiding passion for leadership development and coaching. There are several senior leaders who have been coached by Bindu during her stints with Pizza Corner, Wipro Spectramind and Aon Hewitt. As a leadership coach she is coaching several senior leaders. Bindu along with her husband has also designed and delivered training interventions for senior executives.
Bindu and her husband went bankrupt as entrepreneurs early in their life. They
struggled for many years to repay their dues. Many known and unknown people helped them get back on their feet and the idea of giving back to the community was born during that difficult period. To fulfill that life purpose, ShikshaDaan Foundation was setup in 2012. Currently Bindu
and Krishnan are on a multi year road trip titled “ShikshaDaan Yatra” to every district of India to advocate giving for education and identifying new partners for ShikshaDaan.

Onyango Onyango Allan.
Allan knew that the best way to create value in the twenty-first century was to connect creativity with technology. He built a company where leaps of the imagination were combined with remarkable feats of creativity, innovation, hands-on and apprenticeship.
At a time when Kenya is not producing sufficient jobs to keep pace with demographic changes, Allan stands as the ultimate icon of inventiveness and applied creativity by presenting an opportunity for the youth to dominate the current & future well-paying IT jobs by facilitating access to professional IT training to youths & IT graduates. This Bridges the skill gap to meet market demands & enhance their employability.
Allan holds a bachelor’s degree in Education in Science with Information Technology from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology. He partook a Work-Integrated Learning on Biodiversity and Information Technology, at Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town, South Africa (2013).
He has achieved several industrial & Instructor Trainer certifications including CCNA (Cisco), CCNA Cyber Ops (Cisco), Instructor Trainer Qualification in ITE, CCNA, Cyber-Ops, & IoT (ITQ by Cisco), Internet of Things (Cisco) and HCIA-R&S (Huawei) among others.
Currently, Allan serves Kenyatta University and Technical University of Mombasa on part time appointment as a CISCO Instructor & Instructor Trainer in their Cisco Networking Academies. Allan has managed to bring in training opportunities for Kenyatta University through his networking & involvement in the County Government of Mombasa & CISCO Youth Training
Program (CGM-CISCO YTP). He was a Digital Literacy Trainer in the Kenya Youth Employment & Opportunities Project done by NITA, Kenyan Government and the World Bank.
Outside career, Allan is a basketball player and enjoys an impressive taste in music through singing and listening besides having participated in Church and University choirs as a bass singer. He also enjoys volunteering and selfless service to humanity with a family-based generosity hereditary from his parents.
His tale is instructive, humour and advisory, filled with lessons about innovation, character, leadership, and values.
